It's elite. Gap consistency is the best way. It is sure better than complete randomness.

Surely there’s a middle room between complete randomness and crazy mathematical accuracy? Like, I remember arguing about the difference between 93.33% and 96% on Discord. That’s too much.

Also there’s one thing this list is missing: 10x SSJ Goku (Androids Saga) > Semi Cell. Goku had not done any training up to when he learned buff forms.

It's probably significant. They make a tremendous deal about a 1.1x advantage, so it gets very dicey a couple percentage points up or down.

Like Freeza is getting dominated right, more or less, but the speed seems equal, it's probably in all likelihood 96%, 93% is most likely too far.

Someone brought it up on Neo (don’t go there btw) and it got me thinking. All Goku did was coach Gohan and meditate. Sure, meditation can make you stronger, but he’s specifically thinking about new forms.

Goku intended for Gohan to learn how to transform so that Gohan would be a proper sparring partner for him. It wouldn't make sense for Goku to have progressed all that much beyond figuring out how to surpass Super Saiyan. 10x SSJ Goku (Androids) > Initial Semi Cell seems appropriate.
