Yeah even the 10x KHH did little each time it was used. The only time that move was effective was that weird, delayed reaction against Oozaru Baby.

ye i don't remember dragonball gt that well, in-fact i never rly watched it, because i rarely ever went home for the show, which i regretted later.

Toei overused Ki-Blasts anyways. You can just look at most fights in DragonBallGT, for example.

Yeah Toei really needs to push for quality. They are one of the cheapest studios in Japan.

They are so cheap, they took away one if the greatest things away from Super-Saiyan 2...the electricity.

but apparently they could give super-saiyan 3 (can't stand ssj3), electricity in movie 12, even-though it doesn't rly need it.

SSJ4 Goku fires a 10x KHH at Super 17, who absorbs the attack and get's way, way stronger.

Then, SSJ4 Goku fires a second 10x KHH. Just to be sure that Super 17 can indeed absorb ki. Super 17 get's stronger, again.

Goku is afterwords surprised when Super 17 proceeds to kick his ass.

The SSJ4 Goku/Super 17 fight is one of the worst fights in anime history.

Anyway, clearly the Final Shine was ineffective since Vegeta only used one hand to fire it. Final Flash used two, so he should've used that. Fucker should've learned the first time.

IDK, the fact that Vegeta decided to use the Final Shine Attack instead of the Final Flash seems to indicate that the Final Shine is more powerful than the Final Flash. At least, IMO.

It could also have much less charge time.
