When you use Ki, these feats don’t require such gaps.

Jiren’s eye blasts are Kiais, invisible Ki blasts. What Roshi did is literally waving his hand to hard it generated a wind that pushed Yamcha away. No ki involved.

Agreed. Same with Gogeta, that blinking feat on Omega Shenron is absurd, never seen that before, but yeah, it's like a kiai.

Well power levels are not linear representation of physical forces. So a 50% gap could entail several times the difference in joules and such.
