Frieza declares that Broly SSJ is invincible, right after Broly defeats Frieza and then Broly SSJ turns on?

I mean the same Broly SSJ who tries to hit Whis and then faces off against Gogeta Base and SSJ?

If so, from what I remember, Gogeta SSJ at first very easily beats Broly SSJ, but then he narrowly beats him, I mean the scale is:

Gogeta SSJ (Movie Super Broly)> = Broly SSJ (Peak) >> Broly SSJ (Vs Whis and Gogeta Base)> UI Goku (ToP)?

Please correct me if I am wrong.
