I feel like Gohan is probably closer to 83% of Buutenks than 75%.

Gohan is literally running and hiding from the beating. Boo just had a nasty diarrhea and Gohan is his toilet paper.

I suppose you can argue that he was holding back after he sensed Gohan in Kaioshin’s realm. But Gotenks really had Boo on the ropes at the end of the fight before he reverted to Base. Boo might not have been trying to kill Gotenks but I also don’t think he was about to let himself get killed there.

Plus we have the kids saying that Gohan was only a little bit stronger than Gotenks. Arrogant words from children of course, but it also wasn’t contradicted. I can’t see it being more than a 1.33x gap personally.

I think he's only getting his ass kicked because his confidence dropped. His power should be equal, but his ability dropped due to loss of confidence.

Gohan would absolutely kill Gotenks. The kids are wrong.

Gohan is at minimum 1.5x Buu, if not more. What did Buutenks ever do to suggest he's anywhere close to that superior to Gohan?

Idk, it just doesn't look like Goku vs Ginyus level of dominance over Boo. It looks a good level below that. It was nothing Vegeta couldn't do against Cui.

I can see where you're coming from with the gap between Gohan and Gotenks Boo. I agree that it doesn't look tremendously larger than Gohan's gap over Super Boo. Though saying that, Gohan was hurt pretty badly after only two attacks from Boo, and had both of his kicks basically tanked at the start. Boo also was milking out the fight for his own enjoyment, a point he made clear several times. He could have killed Gohan instantly if he wanted to, but he wanted to torture him.

Gotenks was also dishing out that type of damage to Boo though... Boo seems to absorb damage like a sponge due to his body composition, it's not surprising that Gohan's attacks looked devastating.

You're not wrong about the feats, they look pretty similar. The difference is that Boo wasn't going all out at any point. Piccolo was trying to kill Gero, Boo was trying to have fun.

Could be 60-66% too though. All these fights look the same when the difference is big enough.

Part of ki is your mind state I’ll have to see how he did that’s when he started getting his ass kicked

He still looked equal to Gotenks until the very last couple panels. They were landing the exact same attacks on one another the entire fight.
