Future Cell vs Imperfect Cell Post

I used to think this would go to Post Absorption Cell, but the more I think about it, that doesn't make sense.

In a few days, Cell is able to gain that power, shouldn't Future Cell, who has ample time, be able to match it at least? Sure, most of the humans are dead, but certainly a few hundred thousand is within reach, right?

It's said that there were only tens of thousands of humans alive after the androids' rampage in the future.

I think Future Cell is weaker than Present to the same degree the Future Androids are below the Present ones.

I'm trying a new chain:
Present androids > Imperfect Cell pre ~ Future Cell > Future Androids ~ SSJ Vegeta pre rosat > SSJ Trunks pre rosat

But, if Cell was talking about the present ones (since he came from a future in which he killed Trunks, but knows that Kamiccolo was the only one who can oppose to the main timeline androids), then the most logical option is to think is that he is approaching to an extent to his post humans absorbed level. Imperfect Cell post seemed vastly superior to Kamiccolo and 17, but both were pretty damaged due to their fight, either way, it doesn't matter as Gero states that 16 would kill everyone and both of them were evenly matched.

Imperfect Cell post wins in a very strange fight.

Present Cell stated he had absorbed more humans than he needed, so I think he's stronger than Future Cell.
