What would have happened in the Future Trunks Timeline, if Goku had not gotten sick?

Surely Goku at the time of the arrival of the Androids, would have been more or less as strong as its counterpart Sick of Arc Android, therefore, the Androids Futures would still be much superior to him, but anyway I think that Goku I would have managed to survive and manage to overcome their power in a future.

  What do you think happened?

I doubt Goku would have a chance to flee, since whilst he has the potential to do so with Shunkan Ido, it tends to not be within his character to do so with him not thinking of such without an opportunity to collect himself. I doubt #17 or #18 would be lenient enough to give him this chance either. He also wouldn't be anywhere near as strong as his Pre-Rosat self and may very well be more or less the same as his sick self with better stamina, given he didn't have the additional threat of the enemies he'd face in 3 years to further his desire for strength.

Assuming he somehow does escape, he'd take Gohan to the Rosat. The two would oneshot the twins when emerging the next day and Goku would go to Kaio to find out where New Namek was, make Dende Earth's Kami and revive everyone. Piccolo would then merge with Kami and it wouldn't take much longer for Vegeta to achieve Super Saiyan and do two Rosat trips, this time taking a note from Goku and mastering the form rather than going for the Grades. In other words, things enter a similar status-quo as in the Boo Arc but with Goku around and the difference between he and Vegeta not great enough to influence Vegeta going Majin. That said, Dabura is killed along with Babidi (for those who believe Gohan was a SS2, Goku or Gohan training with the Z-Sword will cover that) and peace is restored. Once Beerus shows up, the only difference in Super for the first few arcs is that there's little tension when Goku arrives to confront Beerus due to Boo not being released. Goku finds out how to go SSG and everything goes the same up to the Zamasu Arc.
This is where things become questionable due to time travel and Future Trunks. Perhaps a version of Future Trunks would come to this timeline due to the divergence and difference between timelines not seeming to matter too much in how they connect. If so, things proceed as normal until the ToP, where the lack of #17's support role means Jiren narrowly beats Goku and Freeza and Universe 7 is erased. If there's still no time traveller to inform the cast on Black, Zamasu eventually brings his Zero Mortal Plan to this timeline but is stopped by Goku using the Zen-Oh button eventually.

I don't think that Androids would let Goku go away. And besides, wouldn't they be just like their present counterparts as they would search for goku instead of killing civilians?

CC, by the way, which of these 2 options do you think could have happened in the Cell Timeline:

1.- Another Future Trunks traveled to the Cell Timeline and killed Freezer and King Cold of the Cell Timeline.

2.- Goku was the one who killed Frieza and King Cold of the Cell Timeline. Then everything was equal to the Future Trunks Timeline, with the difference that this Future Trunks was not strengthened and killed the Androids with the remote control, then was killed by Cell.

Some believe in the first option because when Cell told Piccolo about his identity, an image of Future Trunks was shown killing Frieza and King Cold in the Cell Timeline. But I think it's a simple mistake of AT, I believe in option 2. If in the Cell Timeline another Future Trunks had come to kill Frieza and King Cold, it would mean that Goku would be saved and strengthened with the Warriors Z as in the Android Arc. Therefore I doubt that the Androids of the Cell Line could against Vegeta SSJ + Future Trunks SSJ + Piccolo. Besides, if that had been the case, Trunks of the Cell Line, had discovered on his own the plans and would have destroyed those Androids, then why would that Trunks backtrack to a past that he had not yet created?

1. Goku does not make a difference and the Androids kill everyone anyway.
Alternate Trunks warns them about Androids. 3 years later, Goku defeats Nineteen, Gero is chased back to his lab and activates Seventeen/Eighteen. Seventeen/Eighteen kill Goku, but Sixteen does not let them kill anyone else. Goku asks them not to revive him so that Androids will remain peaceful. Soon, Cell surfaces, absorbs Androids and fucks up everything.
If we count DBS, Cell becomes Beeruses student and wins U6 Tournament. After that, either he loses his body to Zamasu or he becomes Zeno's buddy and, with the help of some Cell Jrs, convinces him to quit his universe erasing habits.

2. Goku uses IT and saves the gang.
They train in ROSAT and beat Androids. 7 years later, Dabura is defeated and Buu does not awaken. At DBS, assuming Goku/Vegeta obtain god status anyway, not much changes.
