They would have to be if they surpassed UI Omen Goku (Moro) and Blue Evolved Vegeta (Moro) since it was established they had become the strongest of U7 prior to Granolah as of Chapter 68.

Exactly, clearly Piccolo was comparing the Gammas with UI Sing Goku (Post Merus) and Vegeta SSJBE (Post Yadart).

Vegeta SSJBE (Post Yadart) > UI Sing Goku (Post Merus) = Gamma 1 and 2 (Manga) >>>>>>>> Gamma 1 and 2 (DBS Hero Movie) ~ Goku / Vegeta SSJB (DBS Broly).
