Other than losing a Super Bowl Ganondorf can transcend time and space, travel between dimensions, has magic power, the upper hand in a relationship with one hundred girlfriends, and a transformation just in case things get dicey. (Still gets one shot by Raditz)

Rat poison or a mousetrap kills Pikachu. So unless Hyrule is a much smaller place than Earth and Ganondorf is actually centimeters tall he wins easily.
