Gap between Basil and Good Buu

Considering that Base Basil was beaten by Buu in the same way Majin Vegeta was, I'm inclined to believe that the gap is around the same with the difference of Buu being less than half of OG Fat Buu's power, so imo he should be at SSJ Vegeta Post Majin level, which also is supported by how he fought evenly with Vegeta in Episode 98 who imo is intended to be = as strong as Buu Saga Vegeta. So he's definitely weaker than Perfect Cell.

Berserker Basil gained Buu's respect unlike Majin Vegeta who he considered a weakling, and was able to stand on his feet for some time after receiving a full power Kamehameha head on, therefore, I think he is at 80% of Buu at worst. So, he is stronger than SSJ2 Goku/Majin Vegeta and probably even SSJ2 Gohan Post Zeta Sword.

But, what do you think?

I always thought Drugged Basil = Fat Boo. Basil just lost because he ran out of steam, but he took Boo’s Kamehameha head on.

Basil: 100
~ Drugged: 150

Mr Boo: 150

For comparison, DBZ Fat Boo is a 450 and SSJ3 Goku is at least 500. Majin Vegeta is either 50 or 100, not sure about SSJ3’s multiplier yet.

So I think Basil would be at 90% of Buu which should equate to being stronger than any SSJ2 tier character in Z imo.

Also a 1.5x gap from Buu and Basil seems to work fine, but the beatdown Basil took from Buu was pretty similar to Majin Vegeta's.

I follow Captain Cadaver's theory. He mentions that Gohan was SSJ2 against Ginyu-Tagoma.

Mr. Boo seemed to be the most powerful of the Z Fighters after Goku and Vegeta in FNF and Gohan SSJ was contemplated.

Tagoma had nearly 100% of him survived a hit from SSJ Gotenks. Surely Ginyu-Tagoma was the equivalent of Tagoma (FP).

Therefore, everything seems to indicate that Mr. Boo became stronger between BoG and FNF.

I have Mr. Boo from FNF between Gotenks Base (Post) and Gotenks SSJ (Post).

I have Basil a little more powerful than Gotenks SSJ (Pre).

I have Basil (with Drugs) a little more powerful than Gotenks Base (Post).

Majin Boo only started fighting back against Vegeta after he went FP, so I don't think it's a good comparison. This is Boo when he was several times Vegeta, but we know a much lesser gap is still enough for that stomp.

If Drugged Basil is going to be 90% of Boo, Initial Basil can be 60-66%. That's enough for the beating.

Let's say SSJ3 is 4x for simplicity's sake:
