Let's say he manages to sneak one onboard Galu's ship and it records everything up to the SSJ Goku VS Freeza match. Should the Zet-Senshi manage to escape from an incomparably stronger #19 and #20, would even the Rosat be enough to measure up against the Artificial Humans?

I don't think that Gero could limitlessly make Androids stronger based on the heroes'
progress. If he had spied Goku on Namek, he'd have either released 17/18 from the
beginning, so the ''correct'' Androids would have shown up, or he'd have stayed hidden
till he absorbed enough humans to be a match for SSJs.

#19 and himself wouldn't be crap still. He'd probably complete #16 and then send him. #17 and #18 are too risky for him to use.

Then Gero and #19 will be stronger than Goku and Vegeta from Android Arc version since they'll be able to calculate the gains of the Saiyans such as the Zenkai and that stuffs and perhaps #17 and #18 will be even stronger as well.
