Surely the other Hakaishins (except Belmod, since he is retiring) have also strengthened after the ToP, as Beerus continues to speak of the other Hakaishins with some respect.

It seems that at least Beerus (Pre Broly) is slightly inferior to Vegetto SSJB (Arc Zamasu / Manga) and Broly LSSJ.

In the ToP Anime it is not suggested that there is much difference in power between the Gods, but as we know that Broly LSSJ >= Beerus (ToP) >>>> Broly SSJ > Jiren > Belmod. We can assume that Sidra and Belmod are completely insignificant compared to the other Hakaishins. In the Anime it is also suggested that Geen > Liquir = Iwan = Arak > Other Hakaishins.

In the Manga we have Beerus (ToP), Quitela, Rumoosh and Mosco being overwhelmingly more powerful than the other Hakaishins, which suggests that only the last 4 should be on the level of their Anime Counterparts. Surely in the Arc Actual, all the Hakaishins (with the exception of the retired Belmod) must have ignited en masse to make sense of Beerus (Current) speaking of them with any relevance.

The GoD Battle Royale is weird to think about now. All of them were told to fight with their all or risk being erased. Knowing this, and looking at how battered all of them (except possum playing Belmod) were by the end, I see no reason for any of them to have held-back.

I'm not sure if any of them have Ultra Ego. That seems more like a Vegeta exclusive transformation.

All of the Angels are naturally in Ultra Instinct, whereas Goku has to transform to utilize it.

The same most likely applies here. GoDs can freely use the Power of Destruction, while Vegeta needs to transform into Ultra Ego to utilize it. By his own admission, that power was far beyond his understanding.

Beerus' power definitely had a noticeable change from Pre-ToP to the Granola Arc.

All you gotta do is take a look at Beerus Vs Blue/Perfected Vegeta and Beerus Vs Evolved Blue Vegeta. Beerus smacked Evolved Blue Vegeta around a lot more effortlessly than he did Perfected Vegeta. That Vegeta at least made him block and landed a hit, whereas Evolved Vegeta put up a much worse fight. He was enraged, yes, but I doubt it would've mattered if he was calm.

I think Toyotaro didn't expect his manga to last past the ToP arc, which is where the anime ended.

That’s because Beerus was going easy on Vegeta. When he got mad he defeated PSSJB as easily as SSJBE.

Beerus took it easy in both instances.

The main difference here is a much weaker Perfected Blue Vegeta still put up a better fight and managed to piss Beerus off in the process.

Evolved Blue Vegeta is worlds beyond the same Vegeta and looked much worse. He barely looked any different than normal Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta looked against Beerus during round 1.

So a pissed off Beerus went on to one-shot Perfected Blue Vegeta.

A calm Beerus effortlessly thrashed a significantly more powerful Evolved Blue Vegeta.

So even though Vegeta had changed a lot since then, the same would apply to Beerus.

I just remembered that Beerus mentioned that UI Goku (Moro) was fighting like a Hakaishin. But without going with this list, it would mean that Beerus >>>>>> UI Goku (Moro) >>> Beerus (ToP)> = Quitela. It would be strange for him to be called Hakai level if he surpasses 11 out of 12 of them.

@GreatSaiyaman123 Yes, I mean that line. Beerus mentioning that Goku fights like a God. Beerus knows how powerful the other Gods are, whereas the only reference point Moro had was the power of the Dai Kaioshin.
