The 1st one is mostly just a lame repeat of the first film, though it has an enjoyable climax (which IS unique). The 2nd one is a fun action adventure romp. And I think the third one, Path to Power is one of the best Dragon Ball films period in how it remixes events and adds so much character to Tien and that little white midget.
