I don't believe Shisami was still at Zarbon tier when he arrived on Earth. Even considering Toriyama's memory, I doubt he'd think Piccolo (and Gohan) had gotten that weak; especially considering that Shisami wasn't even in the script he originally wrote when the Zarbon statement was made and Piccolo was included in the Universe 6 tournament along with Boo.

Base Gohan (BoG / FnF): I got very close SSJ Gohan (CG).

SSJ Gohan (BoG / FnF): I got between Goku SSJ3 (Boo) and Kid Buu.

Mystic and SSJ Gohan (BoG DBS): Same Mystic Gohan (Boo).

Gohan Base (FnF DBS): What have between Gotenks and Majin Vegeta SSJ2 Base (Pre).

SSJ Gohan (FnF DBS): We have about Gotenks SSJ (Post), the same difference had on Gotenks Mystic Gohan SSJ3.

Battle of Gods & Fukkatsu no F are piles of shit and are retconned by Dragonball Super. There is obviously a distinction between the two and both should be treated as separate entities, since they conflict with one another in more ways than one.

Dragonball Super Gohan Ssj is likely stronger than Gotenks Ssj Post-ROST -who hasn't weakened since the Boo Saga, but weaker than Mister Boo. Boo was regarded as their best hope after Goku, once Krillen learned Goku wasn't coming anytime soon. However, after realizing he wouldn't make the show, Gohan was next in line.

Ultimate Gohan (Db Super) > Mister Boo > Gohan Ssj (Db Super) > Gotenks Ssj Post-ROST > Gotenks Base Post-ROST > Vegeta Ssj

The placement of Good Boo is debatable, though considering Goku revering his power during the U6 Arc, I've got no qualms with him ending up being vastly above his Boo Arc self for no reason, especially with Super's standard power chain in conjunction with the original manga.

Additionally, a full force hit to the nuts from SSJ Gotenks had Tagoma writhing in pain, yet he quickly recovered as soon as Ginyu got into his body, implying that Tagoma Ginyu > SSJ Gotenks. The same Ginyu got stomped by SSJ Gohan.

People who go out of their way to sound both ignorant and arrange really grind my gears. Anyways, as for the thread, I follow the notion that:

Goku Ssj3 =/= Kid Boo > Gotenks Ssj3 > Super Boo =/= Innocent Boo

So maybe that's why Super's power scaling makes much more cents to me. I don't have to alter my power levels for it to work, don't have to change Mister Boo's power, et cetera.

However, that is just my opinion.

I have a CC doubt Mr. Boo (FnF DBS) should be even> Mystic Gohan, considering that the rest might not know that Gohan had lost the mystical state at that time? By the way CC, I realized that only (FnF DBS), Mr. Boo is more powerful than your car Arco Boo rather FNF movie. In FnF movie, the most powerful person after Goku and Vegeta, Gohan was. For while in the sleeve FnF, suggest that Mr. Boo is the most powerful after Goku and Vegeta, but we must not forget that the sleeve corresponds to FnF FnF DBS. Then we have: Super Boo (FP) = Mr. Boo (FnF DBS) >>> SSJ Gohan (FnF DBS) >> Gotenks SSJ (Post) >>>>> Base Gotenks (Post) >>> Mr. Boo (Movies / Boo).

During the battle with Beerus Gohan clearly has his Ultimate form and is the final 'big' gun in line to fight Beerus. Piccolo shits himself once he sees how easily Gohan is defeated. Now, his power likely weakened since the Boo Saga but he's still regarded as the top dog, greater than Mister Boo or Gotenks Ssj3. Gohan only lost the ability to access this power sometime prior to Frieza's arrival, which takes place 6 months after the fight with Beerus. Now, Gohan is regarded as #2 after Mister Boo, but still stronger than Gotenks Ssj Post.

Ultimate Gohan (Boo) > Ultimate Gohan (Db Super) > Mister Boo > Gohan Ssj (Db Super) > Gotenks Ssj > Gotenks Base > Vegeta Ssj
