Not sure about that but the whole fight really suggest that Goku was using KK10x in his SSjinB form and it pretty much fucked his body.

He was only able to use it for a little bit. Plus, Goku said ''even Blue won't last this long. I'll have to finish this quickly'' or something along those lines, yet next episode they still fought for half an episode. He switched to standard Kaio-Ken in order to fight longer.
