So, around the time when they were both having their warm up fight?
Scenario 1 - Freeza would show his true colours pretty quickly and demand either Goku make his friends yield as well or kill them himself. Freeza then kills Kuririn or Gohan after Goku refuses and Goku goes SSJ. Piccolo would head back to Goku's ship with whoever was left and the fight goes pretty similar to how it did in the canon, with nothing of relevance changing after that other than that if Gohan is killed instead of Kuririn, there's an extra wish to be had from the Namekian Dragon Balls, though Ten would likely not be revived any sooner due to his man-love for Chaozu. Everything remains the same after that.
Scenario 2 - Goku kills Kuririn and beats both Piccolo and Gohan into submission, needing Piccolo for the Dragon Balls and wanting to make his son into a Saiyan warrior. He then brings them to Freeza's ship before retrieving Bulma due to her scientific knowledge being useful to him and Freeza before they head to Earth. This then goes on of three ways.
A. They then gather the Dragon Balls but before the wish, Freeza kills Goku due to not trusting a Saiyan so strong to remain loyal, especially with immortality close at hand. He then gets his wish and remains the ruler over the universe until Beerus decides to wake up, who would seal him away.
B. Kaio contacts Kami about what's happened and has Popo gather the Dragon Balls to wish for Piccolo and Gohan to be brought back to Earth. They then enter the Rosat when seeing it as the only option and when Kakarotto and Freeza arrive several months later, they're strong enough to kill them. Cold may also come to Earth seeking revenge and be killed too. I don't see them as having improved enough to be much stronger than Freeza's 100%, however, so they're both killed by #17 and #18 over 3 years later.
If Gohan somehow escapes and survives long enough for Bulma to create the Time Machine, he goes back in time to a point where Goku was still alive and himself, such as just before heading to Namek. He'd warn him about what fate would befall him and the Earth, so Goku takes extra precaution to avoid such an injury and this timeline goes a similar route to Trunks as Future Gohan would be unaware of the Heart Virus. I imagine a timeline similar to Cell's would also exist with Gohan being killed instead of Trunks. Gohan would bring up the Rosat and take Goku's place in the story, other than that he wouldn't let his present self fight when he had both the power and experience to fulfil his role. Knowing how to tap into his rage, he'd achieve SS2 in the Rosat and kill Cell before he could try to self destruct. I imagine Kuririn would still wish for #17 and #18 to be revived and wish to remove their bombs a year later, so his marriage and Marron's conception likely take place 1 year later. Goku remains dead, so the Boo Arc and Super go the same.
C. Kaio recommends Kami try to revive those killed by Freeza and has Dende Gohan and Piccolo to Earth. The events of Scenario 2-B then occur with one major difference; Sorbet's search for the Namekians. It's hard to say when he'd succeed in finding them, though I'd say during the years in between Freeza's death and #17/18's awakening seems fair. Most likely, Kaio would inform Gohan and Piccolo and request they go aid the Namekians, though in the 6 days it would take to get there, most of the Namekians would have been slaughtered. Gohan kills the Freeza Force and Piccolo recommends the Namekians move to a new planet. After this, things go pretty much the same as the canon for 2-B's 2nd route until FnF, which wouldn't happen at all. Without Freeza being there during the ToP, Goku and #17 would either lose or tie against Jiren, meaning they either get erased or are forced to come to a group decision for the wish between Jiren, Goku and #17. If Jiren wins, however, his wish would probably be something along the lines of for his universe to become home to those with the power to uphold justice, which would overall likely put an end to nefarious conflicts.
