Goku had been sent to Hell?

Scenario: After his second death (Cell Games), King Enma judges that Goku's sin of
sacrificing King Kai to save Earth cannot be forgiven, because a god is more important
than a random planet in the vast universe.

Would Goku have come back for the 25th TB? I think that, in Hell, he could have no
contact with the living world, so he'd have never found out about the event. That
means that, at Babidi Saga, Vegeta solos all 3 Babidi's henchmen. After that, there
are two cases:

1. The oracle fish did not predict SSJ God 39 years ago, so Z fighters never meet
Beerus.
Freeza easily defeats everyone and destroys the planet.

2. Beerus comes at Earth.
Beerus destroys the planet.

On the other hand, if Goku had been brought back with Baba at some point, how would
he be like? Would he have become bitter? Would Hell have had a negative effect on his
personality, just like Heaven had a positive effect on Dabura in the anime filler? Would
he be able to train in Hell?

 

[Let's Go Fearless!]

1. He'll just train down there and guard it just like Piccolo did in GT.
2. Vegeta will enter the tournament but he won't join with Gohan and the others since it doesn't benefit him anyway.
3. Gohan and Kaioshin will destroy Babidi and Dabura since none can fill Boo's meter other than Goku and Vegeta which they aren't around.
4. Gohan will probably start training again.
5. Beerus wakes up and goes to Earth but he wouldn't not cause any trouble since it was Boo who pissed him off but Boo isn't there anyway therefore no SSjinG and Beerus goes back to sleep but Whis might visit the Earth every now and then due to the food.
6. Either Vegeta or Gohan might become Whis's new student therefore they will attain god levels.
7. Freeza returns and get destroyed by Beerus.
8. No Goku Black Arc.
