GT's Ki blast feats are too inconsistent to judge. The final blow against Golden Oozaru Baby only did the job because it was written as the fight ender (other than Baby's main body being blasted into the sun). Remember that base Yi Xing Long (who was far above a fatigued SSJ4 Galu) couldn't oneshot him with the 10x KHH, nor was he killed himself by a beyond limits SSJ4 Galu by a full power KHH. Plus, Baby's insides were already damaged thanks to Oob messing them up from the inside.

To be fair, Goku having durability far beyond his attack power has been a pretty well established thing long before GT (enduring Piccolo's strongest attack at the 23rd TB, taking hits from 50% Freeza when fatigued in base, etc.).

Galu still feared for his life from a suppressed Cell's Kamehameha and had to resort to deflecting Fat Boo's KHH despite being above him by a fair amount. This is basically like if Super Boo (vs. SSJ Gotenks) shot a blast at Galu and it failed to even knock him out of SSJ3.

It's hard to say honestly with how nerfed Ki blast damage in Gt is in general, plus the 10x KHH shot at Golden Oozaru Baby did indeed cause him a lot of pain.

But Baby Vegeta Golden Monkey managed to stay stopped by the Kamehameha x10. While receiving the regular Kamehameha of Goku SSJ4 (FP) flew away.
