GT is the series where Trunks was hurt by a car crash and Dende got the first aid kit. GT feats don't determine the power of the characters.

The Dende "first aid kit" was dub exclusive. In the Japanese version, he just told Popo to heal Goku and Oob. Not that it makes much of a difference in GT's lacklustre feats.

Goku buu saga normal couldn't lift 40 tonnes.
So it is not weird he had a hard time.
And with his hands, it is hard lifting something so big without breaking it.

I don't think the fact that They can destroy the universe is because They are strong.
I think it is only a side effect of two gods ki colliding and creating vibrations.
When Goku fought freeza or the u6, it didn't happen because They are not gods.

It is heavily implied in decent material that Golden Freeza and the combatants at Universe 6, are nowhere near the level Goku was as a Super Saiyan God. We have half a dozen statements and several feats where God level fighters can destroy an entire Universe individually. Champa fighting Beerus would have resulted in the collapse of Universe 6 and 7 if they continued their bout'.

Dragonball GT doesn't come close to Dragonball Super in terms of feats.

It's also heavily implied in other material that SSJB Goku > SSJG Goku, even in ROF. Now that he's trained for three years, he can channel the shockwaves into making plot holes instead of destroying the universe. SSJG still > SSJ4 though.

When Goku fought freeza or the u6, it didn't happen because They are not gods.

Goku had already learnt how to neutralise the collateral effect of fighting God tier characters during his battle with Beerus, and by the point he fought Freeza and then the U6 fighters, he'd already become far more skilled at utilising his God Ki properly.

Goku in his Base transformation still utilizes normal Chi and can still be sensed from beings of the lower world, such as Kuririn and Piccolo. However, because he has already mastered God Chi to a degree, he is capable of sensing it despite not being in his Super Saiyan God Blue transformation. This doesn't necessarily mean that he is within the realm of Gods in sheer battle power. There is still a tremendous difference between their Base forms and the realm of Gods.
