Goku SSJB (Final Arc Zamasu) vs Merged Zamasu (Initial)?

Zamasu was toying around too much for his own good and it cost him. That's the only reason Goku ever overpowered him. The buck stops there. Goku is getting killed.

The only reason why Goku used SSJB Kaioken x2, was because Goku had resistance problems using the SSJB, while Halo Zamasu has no tension and is immortal.
