I don’t think so. Vegeta has been focused on perfecting SSJB while Goku hasn’t trained at all.

No. Vegeta was playing catch up to Goku and Whis makes it clear that he's now equal to Goku. Seems like Goku's power remained the same but it is interesting how he effortlessly manages to repress the energy of Blue when he struggled to do so against Merged Zamasu.
