Goku (vs General-Blue) vs Mummy-kun

Mummy rapes imo. The whole point of the fight seems to have been to show how much Gaku got stronger after the Karin Tower.

Mummy couldn't one shot Yamcha, but Roshi could eliminate him from the Budokai with wind.

Krillin seemed to use the Mummy's performance against agaiant Yancha to compare to how Goku would fair, so I think it's fair to say he wasn't toying too much.

He did however pass up the chance to knock Yamcha off the platform with ease and said it'd be boring if it were over this quick, so we know he was fooling around somewhat

Fooling around as-in not going straight for the death-blow.

This is true, but I don't think he was pulling his punches by any means, just prolonging the match.

Plus, you don't always need to see your opponent fight at full powa to get a ballpark figure of his power. Ten was able to tell Roshi/Jackie was a beast just by seeing him dodge Man-Wolf, although he didn't know he was > Tsuru yet

I don't think he held back thaaat much but he did whoop Yamcha way harder than he was doing before after he tried to trip him off the platform, so he definitely wasn't using full effort at first. But yeah, his feats were already surpassing 21st levels most likely.

I think they are about the same power. Roshi said 21st Budokai Goku probably won't stand a chance, but we know Goku got stronger fighting the Red Ribbon. So it could go either way.

There's a good point about Mummy winning though: Kuririn saw Goku's strength against Blue and yet had to ask Roshi if Goku had a chance against Mummy. But I have them equal in my power level list.
