I don't really have much exp. with Mortal Kombat but take away the powers of both characters or equalize the stats, strength, speed, and durability. Goku vs. Lui Kang using JUST their martial arts skills. Who'd win. Win via K.O. or submission

Liu Kang is more than willing to murder, while Goku tries to get a good fight without killing(most of the time). All stats being Equal, Liu Kang has more combat experience. He beat Shao Kahn, who has the martial arts knowledge of billions of souls.
