Psychic-powers set-off for General-Blue please.

I think Goku's in the same league as Kuririn here (a-bit higher), so General-Blue probably wins.

Who wins? :troll :troll :troll

I think General Blue would win without problems. I think Goku (w/o tail) was not that stronger than Kuririn (21st Budokai), since Goku says if he can see it (Jackie's punch), Kuririn should be able to see it too. Goku (w/o tail) being somewhere around Kuririn (actually a bit stronger, of course) is good enough to me.

General Blue was implied to be in a different tier than Kuririn.

Kuririn (21st Budokai) - 67.5
Goku (w/o tail) - 75
General Blue - 90
Goku (with tail) - 100
Goku (vs Blue) - 112.5

^That's how I see it.

I think Blue is equal, maybe a tiny bit weaker than Nam so yeah Blue wins.

Why? Do you think Kuririn (vs Blue) > Goku (w/o tail)?

Goku > Krillin even without tail.

IIRC, Kuririn was pretty surprised that Goku had gotten stronger since the Tenkaichi Budokai, which could mean that Kuririn had not grown any stronger.

Author's intent seems to imply Goku (sans-tail) was superior to Krillin. Krillin isn't confident in the prelims, whereas Goku is confident that he can slaughter everyone.

There's also Kuririn pointing out that Goku can push the giant rock farther than he can before the tournament.

Good call ^. The gap is small, but noticeable enough.

I dont see why Kuririn didn't get stronger between the 21rst World Tournament and RRA arc. In my opinion of course

I totally forgot about the rock. Good point. Also good point about Kuririn's surprise about Goku getting stronger meaning himself didn't get stronger.

I also think Kuririn was fairly close to Goku (w/o tail), but the gap was noticeable, like a 90/100 gap or so.
