Bora's power is hard to judge. His only real feat was tanking bullets better than BoDB Goku did, though him being incapable of climbing Karin Tower places him far below Goku at the time, who shouldn't be much stronger than his 21st TB self's full power.
I also don't view the logic of Bora > Blue because Taopaipai didn't use his tongue to kill Bora. Taopaipai isn't a robot (not yet) and shows enjoyment through making his targets look helpless. It's only natural he'd go for a different method with each kill.
As for Kuririn, it's made apparent he's at least slightly inferior to Goku even before his tail grew back, so at least that part of the pecking order is cleared up.
Overall, I imagine given Kuririn is a far more tactical fighter than either of the other two, he'd likely wait for either Bora or Goku to defeat the other, then take down the fatigued winner, assuming they don't make him the first target.
