Goku was as stupid as his TFS self?

[withheldforprivacy]

Since his birth, he has the same mental capabilities as TFS Goku, but everything else is canon Dragon Ball. How
does this affect the series?

[Pocket-Gog~]

The series becomes more comedic.

Does he know what a kiss is in TFS?

[Captain Cadaver]

There wouldn't be any major change seeing as how Part 1 Galu was still naive on many aspects of the world and TFS Goku actually has more justifiable reasons for his actions in the Cell Arc than his canon counterpart. All that changes for Part 1 and Z is Goku still being entertaining during the Freeza Arc and onwards.
Super benefits from having Goku now be smarter than in it's anime and manga canon. In the Future Trunks Arc, he presses the Zen-Oh button a lot earlier thinking it'd be a muffin button and Zen-Oh deals with Zamasu and Black during the first trip, with the arc's ending being the same other than the absence of Future Mai. With the lack of power ups to PSSB or becoming 10x stronger in the manga and anime respectively, this may affect the ToP, though I doubt it when Vegeta just learnt CSSB in that timespan anyway and the Anime's plot haxing would restore things to normal anyway.

Dunno about kiss but he does know about sex which he considered it as challenge though.
