If it was Dragon Ball? Sure. Perhaps he'd need a nap too. Dragon Ball clearly operates a bit differently in how zenkais should be doled out.

Vegeta is clearly stupidly damaged. But he's not nearly as damaged as Krillin and Gohan from what I recall.

But yeah, as damaged as Vegeta is here, if this is Dragon Ball, bro sleeps for a day, wakes up, eats a huge fish, and feels 100% better.

There's no reason Gokuu couldn't have stomped Blue just as easily when he fought Roushi. Kurilin says he got stronger, but Kurilin was already fodder to Gokuu beforehand. Goku stomping someone who kicked Kurilin's ass doesn't suggest a power-up.

Roshi can't one-shot Krillin. He KOed him with a combo of shadow illusion and hitting a pressure point.
