Golden Freeza FNF vs Dino Droid 1

The strongest android of all time as stated by the brilliant Dr. Hedo. Defeated by SS Goten and SS Trunks.

I do believe the general consensus on this statement is that it's the strongest android he's created up to that point. Not of all time. But I don't think its definitive either way. That being said, the way Super escalates battle powers every arc it wouldn't surprise me to be literal.

Going with the latter, I'd say Golden Freeza with high diff. He would drag out the fight out of spite like he did with Goku and would utilize his Golden form more quickly that way.

RoF 1st form Freeza definitely. Mecha Freeza I don't think so, but there's an argument for it.

I don't think Goten and Trunks have gotten much stronger since the Boo Saga if at all. Dinodroid was just better compared to the weaker Androids Hedo was making at the time.

Trunks thought that Piccolo would need help facing Androids stronger than Dinodroid 1.

Trunks felt the power of Piccolo Base (DBS Hero), this Piccolo is stronger than in the Arc Moro and the latter is not much inferior to Ultimate Gohan (Arc Moro).

Dinodroid 1 wins very easily.

We can assume that brilliant Dr. Hedo and the mangaka are referring to Hedo's androids, (far stronger than the ones you've faced) but he doesn't say it like that. Also, Goten and Trunks fought Android 18 in base. Therefore, Dinodroid 1 > 18. Dinodroid is at least as strong as Kamiccolo from the Imperfect Cell fight, though I find it hard to believe the base boys would still be at this level in base.

The likelihood of Hedo creating some jabroni android and then suddenly leaping to Gammas and Cell max is too astounding for me to take, so Dinodroid has to at least be on par with some of the higher Super characters not counting Goku, Vegeta, Beerus et cetera.

I don't think Goten and Trunks have gotten much stronger since the Boo Saga if at all.

The kids have grown in power exponentially since the Buu Saga.

Originally they were weaker than Piccolo in their base powers, now they should be above even Pui Pui's level of power considering Trunks is equal to his RoSaT self.

They also were able to hold their own against the Cell Jrs, something their Buu Saga selves could never do.
