Cell stuff added, might add the Cell Games today. Thinking about including other amplified basts too.

Goku: 5,000
~ Full Power: 8,250
~ Kaio-Ken x2: 16,500

This seems too high. Vegeta had very little trouble with Kaioken Goku and was disappointed by his power. The closer to 8k, the better.

Eh, even at it's lowest Goku is still around 90% of Vegeta's power. It was a fairly brief scuffle anyway.

Added some amplified blast numbers. I think blasts should work on something closer since power multiplication is something reserved to Kaio-Ken and transformations, and obviously Cell wasn't doubling his power with that weak ass Kamehameha vs Piccolo. Not sure how to handle the Cell Games beam struggle though... Are SSJ2 Goku and Majin Vegeta supposed to be > Enraged SSJ2 Gohan's Kamehameha? That's a bit too much and definitely stretches out the 2x multiplier for SSJ2.

A brief scuffle that you likely have closer than Cell vs Goku.

Chapter: 398 (DBZ 204), P14.4-5
Context: after Goku fights Cell at full power for a bit
Cell: “Excellent, Son Goku! This is it! Battles aren’t interesting unless [the fighters’] true power is close to a certain extent like this.”
Goku: “Yeah…I think so too.”

Chapter: 400 (DBZ 206), P4.2-3
Context: Goku and Cell continue to fight
Kuririn: “Th-they’re both so fast…”
Cell: “You really are good, aren’t you?...Frankly I didn’t think I’d be able to have so much fun.”

Where are you seeing this with Vegeta and Kaioken x2 Goku? Pretty sure you don't believe Vegeta powered up, but take a look at Goku's reaction after Vegeta released his ki.

Goku was so outmatched that he figured it was better to blow up his body than continue fighting with x2. Vegeta was continually taunting Goku and literally said he was disappointed in his power. Cell on the other hand had nothing but praise for Goku. If anything, I think Vegeta should be somewhat above 18,000 to further widen this gap.

Good point with Vegeta being higher than 18,000. I always forget his power increased because of "numerous battles", not just Earth. How strong should he be? 20,000?

Cell Games and Trunks' finale added + Vegeta raised to 18,750. Ignored the Kamehameha amplification on Gohan vs Cell for simplicity's sake.

Yea I'm glad I caught that. It makes so much more sense now when we see how poorly Goku fared against Vegeta.

Chapter: 249 (DBZ 55), P4.1-2
Context: Freeza, Zarbon, and Dodoria discuss Vegeta’s battle power as he powers up against Kui. Zarbon’s scouter had exploded.
Zarbon: "24,000...?! Are you saying it's higher than o... our own battle powers...?!"
Dodoria: "Th... this can't be...!! H... his battle power was barely 18,000..."
Freeza: “That shouldn’t be a surprise. It’s all because Vegeta’s been ceaselessly fighting on the front lines. Perhaps he’s caught on to something new on Earth. It’s merely 24,000. That’s a figure that you two would be more than able to win against if you fought together, is it not? Fufufu…”


He was "barely 18,000", and this was before he was engaging in these front line battles according to Freeza. So you could be right, he might be more like 19,000.

Vertical has been pointing this out for ages on Neoseeker. I think he used to post it here, but I’ve never seen someone bring up this possibility here before.

I like 20,000 because it puts Vegeta right in the middle between Kaio-Ken x2 and Kaio-Ken x3. So Vegeta could pummel Goku like Goku was pummeling him had Goku not used Kaio-Ken x3.

Since we’re talking Saiyan arc, should I raise Nappa? I don’t see him rivaling Goku because how easily his blast got deflected, but less than half of Goku’s power might be too low. 6,000 sounds neat because then both Nappa and Vegeta would get 1.25x amplification with their blasts.

Definitely not 20k. Vegeta was visibly damaged more than Kaioken x2 Goku was.

But Vegeta wasn't even putting that much effort into his punches, unless you think base Goku was closer to Vegeta than Vegeta was to Kaio-Ken x3 Goku. He also admitedly made that blast easy to dodge.

6,000 sounds like a sweet spot for me. Enough to fight a casual Goku.

Added levels for initial Nappa and Vegeta, but those are only effort levels. Also lowered Cell Games Vegeta and Trunks while I raised Piccolo, I’m taking the Cell Jr fight as a major feat for Piccolo now. Not like I’m being minimalistic anymore anyway…

Thinking about adding part 1 numbers, but I’m not sure if they should follow scouters or not. Also thinking about adding GT since I already have a DBS list.

But he assaulted Goku and he recovered pretty quickly. He was barely even bruised.

Yamcha called her a "fearsome brat" and was really scared. I'll lower her since I checked and he didn't get her off guard, but she isn't that far behind him.
