Too high. Kami couldn't even keep up with Piccolo/Goku's fight in the 23rd. They became even stronger after the 5 year gap. He shouldn't be that close to their weighted levels.

@Super Saiyan how big you think the gap would have to be in order for Kami to not see them? I have Goku and Piccolo from 5 years ago at 375 and 360, respectively.

You think Gohan and Kuririn were suppressed as soon as taking the Senzus when Goku arrived? Well, Kuririn still thought of the Ginyus as behemoths and so did Gohan, thinking they'd just get killed, so it's pretty safe to say they didn't get all their power unleashed until Freeza.

I'd give non-hands Freeza less of an advantage over Goku. Freeza had to use his hands to avoid getting overwhelmed. Plus, you have Goku (full base power) = Freeza (warming up)... would Goku really be confident in his non-warm up power against Freeza if it were merely = the power Freeza was using to battle him earlier, also knowing himself that Freeza is going to up his powers? I don't think so.

@ahill1 Vegeta also saw Goku and Ginyu as powerhouses compared to himself upon taking the senzu. They aren't actually aware of their power until they power up.

I'll lower no hands Freeza to 3,240 and warming up Freeza to 2,880. You think that's enough?

Waaaaay too small man. Piccolo was stronger than the entire group including Kami even when battle worn. He even wanted Tenshinhan to kill him when Piccolo was heavily weakened instead of stopping Piccolo himself.

That's how the gaps work with Part 1 man. Realistically Kami should be at least 3x weaker than Goku, but instead Roshi is.

No they don't. That gap is what Goku vs Tao Pai Pai looked like. In what world is Kami capable of replicating those sort of feats against a full power Piccolo? I'm not saying you have to lower him exponentially but it's a bit ridiculous that he's nearly rivalling Goku and Piccolo.

I personally have Tenshinhan (BoZ) just below Mr. Popo. Kamisama seems to be many times more powerful than Mr. Popo. Piccolo in TB23 being completely exhausted and injured could practically defeat Kamisama + Tenshinhan and the others without any problem. Piccolo's best attack in TB23, which in turn was more powerful than Goku's Super Kamehameha in TB23, devastated the Island, while a Piccolo 5 years later (Weighted) with a power of 329 could destroy the moon easily.

Yeah. I don't think losing the tail would affect his power at this point otherwise he'd be affected by his loss, and I don't think the damage he sustained from Goku would either.

Yeah the power levels in the first half of Dragon Ball seem to work differently from the usual. I don't think it's implied Weighted Piccolo (BoZ) is > Chobakuretsumaha (23rd) or even > FP Piccolo (23rd) though.

Piccolo (Weighted) (BoZ) of 329 could destroy the Moon very casually, while Piccolo (Chobakuretsumaha) (TB23) could hardly destroy an Island. Also Goku's statement when mentioning that Piccolo has trained very hard in those 5 years.

The only reason Piccolo didn't destroy the Island was because he didn't want to. Even Master Roshi could destroy the moon as shown in the 21st Tenkaichi Budokai.

Goku only said that after Piccolo removed his weights.

That’s because Piccolo did it with a wave of his hand, while Roshi required all of his power to destroy the Moon. If Piccolo used his full power he could deal similar damage.

Also, Kuririn was shocked to see Recoome destroy a region too…
