Gil
From Toriyama-sensei's original illustration. This small robot appears in episode 3 and has the ability to use the Dragon Radar. It can also retract its limbs and transform into a ball!
Spaceship
From Toriyama-sensei's original illustration. It is manufactured by Capsule Corporation and uses water as its energy source. It seats three people and Goku calls it the Octopus. Appears in episode 2.

What is "GT"?
"GT" stands for GRAND TOURING. As soon as they set out on this journey, Goku and the others are faced with a series of crises: their spaceship breaks down, they crash-land on a planet, they lose their Dragon Radar, and they're treated as dangerous criminals!! Will Goku be able to collect all seven DBs!?
Eh, the Setting is Space?
The concept of "DBGT" is to search for the DBs scattered throughout the universe!! The reason for setting it in space was because of two considerations: 1. To depict a never-before-seen world of Akira Toriyama, and 2. To return to the origins of Goku's adventures through the DBs!!

Q: GT is getting exciting with the appearance of new enemies such as Dr. Myu, but what is Dr. Myu's goal!?
A: It's Definitely Space Domination!! To do this, he gathers powers from the mutants he creates. Goku and Trunks have great power, and Pan is also a Saiyan, so she might be able to become a Super Saiyan. The enemies target Goku and the others because they want that great power.
Q: What is a mutant?
A: A soldier created by Dr. Myu. So while there are probably plenty of robots, there are also those with artificially enhanced bodies. Actually, Gil was also created by Myu.

The Mysterious Being: Baby
A life form created by Dr. Myu. A mysterious enemy who has an abnormal hatred for Goku and the other Saiyans!! Origin of the name: He was named Baby because he appeared in the form of a baby.
Dr. Myu
The developer of machine mutants such as Rildo and Rudo. He was gathering cosmic energy and pouring it into Baby. Origin of the name: He's the scientist who created the machine mutants, so he's called "Dr. Myu."
Rildo
A general who leads an army of machine mutants. He transformed into Hyper Mega Rildo, which increased his fighting power, and fought Goku. He's actually planet M2. Origin of the name: From the tool drill.
Mega Cannon Sigma
The combined form of the machine mutants Neji, Natto, Pisu, and Ribetto. Origin of the name: From the tools screws, nuts, pins, and rivets.
Machine Mutants

Planet Bee
They arrive there after falling for Bonpara and the others' tricks!! It is a planet inhabited by the bizarre giant snake-like creature Muma. The origin of the name is snake. By the way, Muma comes from the Japanese viper.
Planet Rudo
The planet where they fought Mutchi-Motchi and Doltacky. It is the headquarters of the Rudo cult. Origin of the name: Like Rudo, it comes from the word "doll."
Planet Rudeze
The name of the planet is not mentioned in the story, but it is the desert planet where Pan runs away from home. The origin of the name comes from the word "deru ze," meaning "to leave home."

At the beginning of GT, Vegeta shocked fans when he appeared with a beard and a stadium jacket. However, this time he has shaved his beard and is back with spiky hair, giving him a more manly image!!
