I personally put 17 and 18 at around 170M, and there future counterparts around 160M.

Is there a reason to have 20 post > 19 post? All he did was absorbing energy from weaklings like Yamcha and Suppressed Piccolo, and a random blast from SSJ Vegeta. I doubt he even got 1.25x stronger.

Well, Vegeta still stated #19 post wasn't as bad as the rumors, whereas Piccolo questioned whether #20 post strength was inferior or not to what they expected. Unless Vegeta and Piccolo had different views on the androids' strength, I think it solidly puts #20 as stronger than #19.
