1.33x is the speedblitz gap under normal circumstances. Gurd had four eyes, so the gap required to speedblitz him is a lot
higher. I have him half of Krillin's 10k+ power, so he's a 5k+.

Gohan and Krillin powered up to fight him, so i doubt he's many times weaker than them. I put him at 10k, while Kuririn is 16k.

They powered-up to attack Freeza's henchmen, too. I don't think it necessarily means anything.
