Guru's potential unlock really drew out all latent power like Old Kai's ritual?

That practically means Gohan becomes equal to his ultimate self and Krillin as strong as you think he would be
after Old Kai's ritual.

Gohan basically solos all threats that show their face. Since #17 and #18 don't kill Piccolo, the Time Machine is never built and Goku simply remains dead (you could theorise he wouldn't if assuming the heart virus originated from Yardrat, but it doesn't really matter overall until Super). Dabura is killed easily, so Boo is never revived. Sorbet finds Namek, but he, Shisami and Tagoma are killed by Nail. With no Goku or real possibility for SSG to be made, Beerus likely stays asleep.
Assuming Goku didn't get the heart virus and Goten was born, the Battle of Gods Arc happens as normal, as does the Universe 6 tournament. The Future Trunks Arc would be where things get hard to determine as Black and Zamasu would have to go to an entirely different universe or timeline. For the sake of simplicity, I'll say the Daishinkan catches wind of them eventually and erases them before restoring the damages with the Super Dragon Balls. As for the Tournament of Power, they have no choice but to add Goten, Trunks and Yamcha. Assuming Muri inherited Saichoro's ability, he unlocks their potential and the rest of the U7 team beforehand to give them more of a chance, with the boost likely being enough for U7 to have an easier victory with what it would provide to Goku and Vegeta. If not a possibility, Goten, Trunks and Yamcha get effortlessly eliminated in the early game, so it's hard to say how things would go for Universe 7. For the sake of simplicity though, I'll say nothing changes.

After Guru has unlocked Krillin's potential, he feels awfully confident and moves around on Namek without
trying to hide his chi. In the scene where, in canon, the paths of Krillin/Vegeta/Zarbon intersect, Vegeta
is awed at Krillin's chi and decides to stay hidden. Zarbon, who has no scouter, brainlessly attacks Krillin
and gets killed. When Gohan shows up, Krillin tells him that they're going to Guru to unlock his own
potential as well.
Vegeta's like: 'So that's how he increased his powers so much' and decides to go to Guru's and force him to
unlock his potential. Since there are only three Nameks left, he finds the house fast and arrives there
before Krillin/Gohan. He challenges Nail and gets killed.
Gohan's potential is unlocked. By the time Goku has arrived, Ginyus and Freeza are all dead (Gohan is not
as merciful as Goku, so he killed Ginyu without giving him the chance to try Body Swap). They use the
dragonballs' wishes to put everything back to normal and return to Earth.
Goku dies of the heart virus. Androids show up and get killed by Gohan. Goku stays dead. 7 years later,
Dabura is killed. After that, there are two paths...

1. Beerus does not awaken.
Beerus not awakening means no BOG/U6 Sagas. No U6 Saga means no Zamasu/TOP Sagas. No FNF Saga either,
since Cold is still alive and his empire hasn't collapsed.

2. Beerus awakens.
Gohan becomes Whisses student and unlocks SSJ Blue. He takes part in U6 Saga, where he solos, regardless
which the other 4 participants from U7 are, unless he goes SSJ Blue against Cabba like Vegeta did in canon.
Zamasu takes Gohan's body. Even if Bulma makes a time machine, with no allies of Gohan's caliber, the
Zero Mortal Plan succeeds.
