If the leaks about Vegeta being eliminated to take down Toppo, then he ought to be at least equal to Beyond SSB Vegeta or whatever his new form's called.

Who is stronger between Vegeta USSJB and Kefla LSSJ2?

I surmise that he's still weaker than Kefla due to so far only dealing with Golden Freeza and #17. He could beat Blue Vegeta next episode, but unless he's absolutely stomping him with little effort, then he's still going to be weaker than Kefla. Or unless Goku and Vegeta are now on par with the last time we saw UI Goku.

Jiren when facing again against Goku SSJB Kaioken x20, mentions that Goku is stronger than before. It is as if Goku obruviese a Zenkai Power or a simple Power Up. Goku SSJB Kaioken x20 (Current) is more powerful than UI Goku (Force against Kefla). Vegeta USSJB and Goku SSJB Kaioken x20 (Current) must be roughly as strong as Kefla LSSJ2.

Some believe Jiren was referring to Goku's peak power when he referred to Goku and Vegeta being stronger than before, as doing otherwise for Kaioken compared to SSB just being pointing out the obvious.

However, I'd say pointing out the obvious is far more likely in this case, considering I believe Beerus and Whis would've also said something if Goku had really gotten that strong. Jiren was most likely just referring to the two's SSB forms.

Jiren only says "Your attacks are much sharper now." He's simply pointing out that they'd powered up. Goku didn't get stronger.

Toppo is weaker than any of the GoDs since he still hasn't perfected his Destruction ki. The destruction blast Freeza handled before the ToP was stated to be a fragment of Sidra's power, not the full deal. Toppo seems pretty damn strong though. He and Vegeta are exchanging hits in the preview, and Toppo is obviously strong enough to push Vegeta into risking his life as the preview tells us.

I think it's possible he's above Sidra. The anime seems to present him as being a few steps behind the other Hakaishin with him even thinking about fearing Freeza or generally being incompetent.

All the GoDs have acted scared or shocked to an extent towards Freeza, Goku or Vegeta after they've displayed their power.

This guy's pretty much all but confirmed to be the weakest Hakaishin tho. And Toppo's hakai ball was unmistakably far stronger than his.

Who is stronger between Goku SSJB Kaioken x20 (Current) and Goku SSJB Kaioken x20 (Genkidama)?

Genki-Dama Goku. I don't see any real reason for Goku to have powered up, since his performance against Kale & Caulifla in his SS2 form as well as against Jiren as a SSB were most likely PIS, not to mention somewhat linked to post-UI Goku's reactions having improved from becoming attuned to UI.

Goku's fight with Kefla was explained to have pushed both of them to new heights, so I don't understand the resentment towards Goku getting a lot stronger. With Kaio-Ken (x20?), he was able to fend off someone comparable to the Genki-Dama from earlier. He couldn't hope to do that even with Kaio-Ken x20 when he was fighting Jiren before.

Good point. According to what we saw against Jiren: Goku SSJB Kaioken x20 (Genkidama) >>>> Goku SSJB Kaioken x20 (ToP). perhaps the multiplier of SSJB on the SSJG increased against Kefla, thus reducing the gap between Goku SSJB Kaioken x20 (Genkidama) and Goku SSJB Kaioken x20 (Vs Kefla).
