Hakaishins from weakest to strongest in the Anime

Apparently in the Anime the order is very different from the Manga, since in the previous one to the ToP, it is implied that the order is Gene >= Iwan = Liquiir = Arak > Beerus = Quitela >= Champa >> Belmod.

Surely in the Anime Beerus will train to be superior to UI Goku (Arc Moro). Or maybe it's just: Gene >= Iwan = Liquiir = Arak > Beerus >= Quitela > Rumoosh >> Mosco >> Champa >> Heles > Belmod > Sidra.

Personally I have this in the Manga: Beerus >= Quitela > Rumoosh >> Mosco >> Champa >= Iwan > Heles >= Liquiir > Belmod > Sidra >= Gene = Arak.

In the anime, Whis says Belmond is stronger than Beerus, but Beerus says Belmond just won in arm wrestling. It's basically the Beerus/Quitela rivalry but with Belmond instead of Quitela.

There's that Battle Royale to test the arena, but I can't remember how it went or even who was in it.

Sidra is probably the weakest since he gave his Hakai power to one of the Trio de Danger wolves to kill Freeza and Golden Freeza still overwhelmed it.

Anime-wise, Belmod's power is pretty difficult to judge. Whis' comments and his later deduction would suggest Jiren > Belmod > Beerus, but his comment about how Jiren must be the rumoured warrior implies he didn't know for certain, which seems weird if Belmod indeed had superior strength to Beerus. With current events, I imagine the anime will just retcon it to the manga version just like how they introduced the idea of SSB having stamina issues and brought SSG back out of nowhere in the ToP to fit the manga.

Sidra is definitely the weakest anime-wise. Other than that, we know Champa was on par with Beerus around the time of the U6 Arc and the 4 that fought each other in the battle royale are all on par (think it was Liquiir, Geene, Arak and Iwan), though how they compare to Beerus, Champa or Belmod is completely unknown.
