I don't think those feats necessarily put them above the others, yeah. We don't know much about the special moves of those guys.

Talking about Beerus, how far superior is he to the others? His comparison to Jiren could go either way, and his superiority could be relying solely on Hakai now. Or maybe not since teaching it to Vegeta would mean he’s giving up his superiority…

He's got to be quite a bit above the others, besides Quitela, Champa, and perhaps Mosco. We know at the start of the ToP arc, he said it would take Vegeta a million years to become his rival at the rate he was improving, which is an obvious exaggeration, but still implying it would take a long time to get that powerful. Vegeta has improved drastically since then, but the Moro arc in general was fairly vague with its power increases, so it's hard to tell just how much stronger he's gotten. I'm guessing at least 2-3x in order for his SSBE form to be stronger than UI Omen Goku currently, who was stronger than he was in the tourney.

UI Goku (ToP) > Jiren (limits broken) > Jiren > UI Omen Goku (ToP) > Jiren (powered up) > Jiren (relaxed) > SSBE Vegeta (ToP) > Kaio-ken CSSB Goku (ToP) > Gohan (ToP) > CSSB Goku (ToP) = CSSB Vegeta (ToP)

If we consider Broly as a whole (marketing material and the movie), he's probably around ToP UI Goku's level. Current Vegeta is bare minimum stronger than that, and Beerus is even stronger than that.

Beerus > SSBE Vegeta > SSJFP Broly >?< UI Goku (ToP) > Jiren (limits broken) > Jiren > Belmod >?< UI Omen Goku (ToP) > Jiren (powered up) > Jiren (relaxed) > SSBE Vegeta (ToP) > Kaio-ken CSSB Goku (ToP) > Gohan (ToP) > CSSB Goku (ToP) = CSSB Vegeta (ToP)

We also don't know just how much stronger Jiren is than Belmod. Either way, Belmod's probably within one-shot range of Beerus judging by how strong everyone is now compared to regular Jiren.

He's above initial Sign Goku almost indisputably. Where he stands in regards to full power Sign Goku is a little more murky, but Goku did straight up admit inferiority.

So Goku was relying mostly on speed to keep up with Moro right? He could really keep up, but his blows were doing no real damage and he was really wearing himself out trying. Reminds me of Vegeta vs 18.

I think he's around Vegeta's level. Moro was more serious against Vegeta from the start and wasn't able to do any significant damage before Spirit Fission kicked in.

But Vegeta landed the first hit, and Spirit Fission started kicking in the moment Vegeta touched him.

Yea but it's not implied that Moro lost much energy right away. It took him a long time to even notice that it was having an effect on him.
