Dodging most Hakaishins was because of pseudo UI, but wrestling his way out of Mosco's hands is no small feat. Maybe Beerus didn't train in secret, and when Goku compared Beerus to Broly he underestimated the former.

As of now the chain @Soldierofficial is probably the way to go, though I'm not sure if UIO Goku (Moro arc) > MUI Goku (ToP).

I think it's possible he was underestimated. Goku said he could barely keep track of who was attacking who in the GoD battle. Beerus looked just as damaged as the rest of the GoDs by the end of the fight which might lead Goku to believe he wasn't that much stronger. The fact of the matter is that we never saw how Beerus became like that, making it more likely that it happened while he was paralyzed.

Beerus' attack was going to decimate all 5 of these clowns.

Theres no strong evidence but since SSBE Vegeta (pre-Hakai training) is stronger than FPSSJ Broly (who is stronger than Jiren and therefore ToP UI Goku) I think UI Omen Goku (Moro Arc) probably is stronger too.

@GreatSaiyaman123 Rumoosh didn't knock aside Champa explicitly, but he was directly next to Geene when Rumoosh started his charge that paralysed them, so it'd seem inevitable he'd be caught in the crossfire. Also, he had an expression f complete shock from Rumoosh's roar, as opposed to Beerus and Quitela seeming more annoyed and disgruntled by the effect than completely shocked.

The gap between the top and bottom tier Hakaishin certainly isn't any Raditz to Vegeta type of thing. Looking back at it, a mediocre Hakaishin like Geene still seemed capable of scuffing up Champa a little, so the weaker Hakaishin should still be capable of dealing damage to those around the level of the top 5 if assuming that was purely from their scuffle.

Going by expressions Gin > Champa though

Also why do you think Belmond is "clearly" stronger than Sidra when their only interaction was an off guard kick?

Hasn't Vegeta gotten stronger between the Moro invasion and the start of the Granolah arc fight though? I mean, how much time has passed since?

Goku and the others went to the Galactic Patrol party a few days after beating Moro. A few months passed after that before Granolah appeared to find Seven-Three's regeneration tank.

Granolah says it'll take 2 days to get from the Heeter base to Planet Cereal. Vegeta starting his training with Beerus and Granolah's wish happen in the same day, when Granolah gets to Cereal. Granolah then heads back to the Heeter base to show off his strength, then goes back to Cereal, so a total of 6 days has passed. Chapter 71, page 13, says "a few weeks later" as the Heeters arrive at Lord Zuno's planet. Page 24 says "time passed" as the Heeters arrive to Earth while Goku and Vegeta continue their training. When the Heeters get their attention, Goku says it's been "way too long" since a real battle.

tl;dr -- Between Moro's defeat and current events, it's been probably half a year at least.

Interesting, though, that Goku says with all the training he's done, he won't lose to anyone...

If we were to put Vegeta within the power scale, considering he dominates the Hakai, where would they place him?

I have:

Beerus >= Quitela > Rumoosh> Mosco >> Champa > Iwan > Heles >= Liquiir > Belmod > Sidra >= Gene = Arak.

I personally have Broly LSSJ just above Champa. Vegeta SSJBE at the beginning of the Arc of Granolah, already surpassed Broly.

Now we know that Vegeta has trained the Hakai and has trained hard. We will be more clear about his new power surely in the following Chapters.

I have UI Goku (Arc Moro) between Mosco and Rumoosh.

Probably around Goku's level. It would be strange if he was still lagging behind significantly after being personally trained by Beerus.

Would it be a stretch to go and call Belmond the weakest Hakaishin? How impressive is his feat of trapping everyone in these balls and cutting some with his Ki cards? I think someone (Sidra?) was even afraid of Belmond killing them.

Definitely not the weakest.

Why? He's at least top 3 weakest right? Gin and Arak don't have feats so they could go either way.

He took zero damage from Liquiir's barrage despite Liquiir being certain that he did. He's stronger than him at least.

Liquiir also broke out of the containment bubble, surprising Belmod. And he blocked a point-blank shot from Heles while distracted by Belmod.
