Exactly. Since no evidence suggests he wasn’t using his maximum power, it means he was.
No, that just means it can’t be known. That’s it. You can’t confirm one thing or the other by analyzing this case in isolation.

As I said before you changed the topic, Gohan confirms in the Cell Games that a character can’t launch an attack at 100% if they’re low on energy.

This is a strong argument no matter how much you try to avoid it.

Of course you can. You should always assume full power. That’s the status quo. It’s only revealed if they are suppressed if the author introduces the idea.

So you think Gohan doesn’t know what he’s talking about?
I’d say so. Goku probably knows Gohan’s capabilities better than anyone including Gohan. Gohan thinks he can’t win, Goku thinks he can. So Gohan is contradicted.

This is a huge fallacy.
Things that are proven true are correct. Show me one time that someone is not at full power without explicitly being stated to being suppressed?

And what is Goku going to do, just let him surrender? Besides, the contradiction is about whether he can win or not, not about whether he can launch a full-power attack without having all his energy.

I don't have to prove anything. You're the one denying Gohan's statement, and you're doing it by simply saying he's wrong just because. You're the one who has to prove that Gohan doesn't know what he's talking about and doesn't understand how ki and energy attacks work.

Still, here's a quick and clear example of someone who can't launch a 100% attack because he has no energy left:

Gohan cannot win without a full power Kamehameha. He certainly is not beating SPC in a hand to hand battle. Is that what you are arguing?

Gohan's statement is contradicted. Otherwise he'd never been able to beat Cell.

Still, here's a quick and clear example of someone who can't launch a 100% attack because he has no energy left:
Gohan was capable of launching a competitive Kamehameha immediately. Also, he may have tremendously superior ki amp and ki attack abilities compared to Part 1 Roshi.

What I'm saying is that Gohan defeats SPC without launching a KKH at 100% because he couldn't do it since he didn't have 100% of his energy. And I've already proven that he himself (who should know how ki works) thinks this, and he's not contradicted by Goku regarding how ki works, but rather about the fact that he can actually achieve it if he tries (Goku's not going to tell him not to try and just die).

Your counterargument about Gohan declaring that you can’t launch a ki attack when you’re exhausted is that he has no idea how ki works, as if it has ever been shown that Gohan has little knowledge about ki or as if he were dumb. And you argue it with total certainty, it’s ridiculous.

Also, I gave you a clear example where Muten launched a tiny KKH when he ran out of energy, but that example doesn’t count for you, just because.

It doesn’t matter what evidence or arguments I give, all you're looking for is to win the debate no matter what.
