Help me with my GT list (coming soon): SSJ multiplier

I don't remember when, but, when i first watched GT, ages ago, i'd swear it was somewhere stated it was 2x.
That makes great sense, considering Base Goku is implied to be at Kid Buu's level (fights with Ubb and Rildo,
who are both at Kid Buu's level or so, in his base form), so i have no problem theorizing that most of his power
has somehow relegated to his base, nerfing SSJ to 2x.
However, when i watched episode 18 again just now, Rildo said SSJ is 100x! WTF. I don't remember that line.
Has the dub changed? Which is the correct line? 2x or 100x?

It is 2.5x. 100x is a dub line. In the JP version Rild says that Goku "hasn't used half of his power yet", implying it's his Base is in between 2-3x weaker than his SSJ power.

100x sounds extravagant, but I kind of like it.

2.5x. 2x is wrong since Rild said that base Goku wasn't even half of SS Goku. Also, Rild being as weak as Pure Boo is rather unlikely. I can't link since of mobile, but check my General Rild thread on Neoseeker.

The 100 makes as much as 50 at this point in the show bit that doesn't stop people.

How about having the SSJ multiplier being graually nerfed, till it reaches GT?
-Freeza Saga: 50x
-Androids Saga: 10x
-Cell Games/Buu Saga: 4x
-GT: 2.5x
