High Points & Low Points In Anime & Manga People Don't Talk About

We all know that Naruto and Bleach go downhill after Part I or the Shinigami and Soul Society Arcs and especially after Pain & Aizen, and we all know One Piece isn't the same after the Whitebeard War Saga, but what are some other instances of quality fluctuation?

For me, I think East Blue One Piece was worse than Part I Naruto and Post Soul Society Bleach even though it's still better than Part II One Piece. Arlong Park and Logue Town are the only really good parts of it. Hunter X Hunter post Chimera Ant isn't as good as the stuff before it. That's one of the reasons I think Hunter X Hunter is overrated.

My Hero Academia sucks right after the confrontation with Overhaul and it can never fully recover from it. Seven Deadly Sins sucks after Power Levels are introduced, and it's easily worse than My Hero Academia and Black Clover ever were.

HxH became shitty during Greed Island and the new shit is just unreadable.

Hokuto no shit Ken already had some clear instances of writer's block in the first half like the whole Ryuga arc and some of the early episodic villains but at least the ending to it was nice, it became trash during the Tentei and Shura Island arcs though.

School Rumble, YYH, Hayate The Combat Butler are all series that went severely downhill. Like when you don't read many manga besides the standard DB fare you think DB went and fell off a cliff after Freeza but those other series degenerate way more.

OP just seems to draw near-universal criticism during its second half. Naruto was never good but at least the anime's music saved it, until Sasuke became the princess in the castle for jilted ex bf Naruto. The seinen "HST" equivalent in Berserk, Vagabond and Vinland Saga all go rather downhill. Vagabond becomes a mess after the farming arc starts/after the second Yoshioka battle, Berserk loses a lot of its flavor aside from parts of the Kushan war and Vinland Saga just doesn't seem to be fun after Thorfinn meets Hild

Short series tend to retain their quality better. My Dearest Self with Malice Aforethought is a great thriller, many short series are memorable.

Berserk and Vagabond go further downhill than Vinland Saga does though even if Vinland Saga wasn't as good as them. I can't really comment on the other two of the "Big Five Seinen" as I haven't invested enough of my time in them to really say (Blade Of The Immortal, Kingdom).
