Nobody ever talks about this guy....guy? This being.
Tbh I don't think I ever fully watched this movie, due to difficulty finding a good downloadable version circa 2011. What I did watch may have been in English.

How strong is he? Could he take Super Janemba?
Could he take Kid Buu?
Could he take Super Buu?

Much stronger than Gohan Buu, but far weaker than Super Vegito.

Goku and Vegeta SSJ2 (M13) are more powerful than Ultimate Gohan. Goku SSJ3 (M13) manages to withstand some of Hildegarn's attacks after his transformation and defeats him with the Dragon Fist.

He is approximately 5 times stronger than Ultimate Gohan.

Why do you think SSJ2 Vegeta/Goku are stronger than Ultimate Gohan? Is Ultimate Gohan in the movie too?

Both Goku and Vegeta in their Super Saiyan 2 forms fought slightly better than Ultimate Gohan. It seems the movie follows the anime's filler arc.

Something that's never mentioned is that Krillin in Movie 13 is very strong, since it follows the Other World filler arc, where Krillin and Yamcha are stronger than Pikkon and Olibu.
