That's true, but why did Hit get stronger in the time lapse between the U6 vs U7 Tournament until the Fill and didn't get stronger between the Fill and the Start of the ToP?Just as powerful. Hit gets stronger by improving his TS abilities which he wouldn't do without having anyone powerful enough to push him to his limit, that is why he never went past 0.1 secs before fighting Goku.
Hit was holding back a few of his techniques in the u6 tournament such as his intagiblity and deadlier variations of his TS, perhaps that was what was meant by getting "stronger".That's true, but why did Hit get stronger in the time lapse between the U6 vs U7 Tournament until the Fill and didn't get stronger between the Fill and the Start of the ToP?
Hit never had the dummy feints, intangibility, or invisible energy blasts. Those techniques aren't inherently lethal. The only move Hit had at that moment was implied to be Time Skip since he never felt the need to evolve his technique until after his fight with Goku. That's when he develops these new techniques in response to Goku's ability to handle Time Skip.Hit was holding back a few of his techniques in the u6 tournament such as his intagiblity and deadlier variations of his TS, perhaps that was what was meant by getting "stronger".
