Hit (Killing Techniques) and SSGSS Goku Manga

Goku seems to imply Hit can beat him when using Killing techniques, even though he is only about on par with SSG Goku or slightly above?

Did Goku imply it? If anything, I see Goku implying he [Goku] would still have won, due to him stating to Vegeta how he'd be able to win had he not used SSJ Blue against Cabba.

I think Goku would win, but he'd need to fight smart. The 1 minute thing leads me to think there's no chance in hell Hit is going to turn the tables if his full power gives out.

There's a reason why Toriyama/Toyotaro is saving this version of Hit with deadly techniques for USA which could be stronger than SSJB Goku.
