If there is difference between Manga Golden Freeza and Anime Golden Freeza please do tell both, but it seems Super-Saiyan Blue level power is well past Hit's time-skip ability, but Goku did get some more powerful.

Who wins?

Hit would need infinite stamina to even stand a chance imo. I don't quite think the red SSJG surpassed the blue form from pre-Rosat and Hit was approximately at that level, not to mention with such awful stamina he couldn't last for more than a minute.

OK, let's say they can maintain their full-power for the entirety of the fight. How difficult of a fight it'd be for Freeza? I'd assume he'd one-shot.

Hit gets slaughtered here. Hit is at best comfortably stronger than SSG if not the same level. Like Kenshi said, it's unlikely post-RoSaT SSG has surpassed SSGSS during ROF.

Assuming his timestops work and he uses his killing moves, Hit wins swiftly. If not, it really depends on whether or not any superiority in powa Golden Freeza has shortens his timestops to the point that GF can kill him before being disposed of. However if there is an edge in powa and Freeza realizes his timestops are threatening, Freeza would likely kill Hit before he gets the chance to kill him.

If Super-Saiyan Blue is a different tier to Super-Saiyan God and Goku and Vegeta haven't improved that much (didn't Vegeta say they hit their limit or something somewhere?), then Hit's time-skip shouldn't work since Hit's ability only works on people below him or in the same tier as him.

And Super-Saiyan Blue does seem to be in a different tier to Super-Saiyan God.

We don't know how the FnF exactly goes in the manga but assuming it goes the same way in the anime then there's no way Hit is gonna beat a guy who trashed SSJB Goku easily where couldn't even beat SSG Goku who is definitely weaker than SSJB Goku despite his gains between the two arcs.

Hit wins. According to Goku, Hit would be much stronger than what he displayed in the tournament if he could use his killing techniques. Being able to dodge SSB Goku's Kamehameha without too much effort seems evidence of this. Personally, I'd probably peg Hit's full capabilities in the manga as being somewhat similar to how they're portrayed in their anime rematch.

Then you think Goku SSJB Kaioken x10 (Universal Tournament)> Hit (Anime) = Hit (Manga) >>>>>>>>> Goku SSJB (Universal Tournament)> Hit (Vs Goku SSJB / Manga) = Golden Freezer? In terms of power.

When Golden Frieza beats you because of a stamina advantage, you need to rethink your life choices.

Golden Freezer takes this with ease. Firstly, because unlike the anime the manga of DBS tries to be faithful to the original manga (there are inconsistencies that wouldn't exist if everything was drawn by Toriyama instead of just superficially supervising what the actual author does, but at least there's some effort put into it), which means that the increase in strength of the SSJ forms is somewhat marginal through training. Goku and Vegeta may have improved a bit, but not a lot.

Golden Freezer already surpassed SSJB Goku without fighting with all his power (he only started to fight seriously after hearing from Goku that his stamina had been decreasing since he transformed, but at that point he had already lost a lot of power and him going all out only made his stamina loss even bigger), so if we erase his main defect (and even if we don't), then he one-shots Hit easily.
