I think this is a top tier hax fruit for sure, it would be even more so if it had a better user. How does one go about defending against Negative Hollow? Well aside from being Usopp I guess. Do you think you can protect yourself against it with sufficient Haki like with Law's fruit?

Do you think it's a top tier fruit hax wise?
What is your opinion of it, do you think it's cool?

I dunno, it's possible I suppose but I doubt it.

Then it could possibly be if used properly, but any strong/fast fighter could just avoid them and one shot her. So I don't think the fruit is too op.

With the current user, it's probably mid tier or low-high tier hax-wise due to the ghosts not being shown to have tagged anyone faster than pre-timeskip base Luffy/Zoro, thereby leaving it highly open that top tiers could easily dodge it. With a better user though, it would indeed be top tier.
