How are Saiya-Jins & other aliens capable of flying & ki-blasts if they don’t even know the basics of Martial-Arts?

Well how can they? Saiya-Jins seemed to be mostly portrayed as evil people who want to fight, but not really martial-arts.

Especially Freeza too. At-least he had telekinesis or some-thing though I think.

They’re like space soldiers/mercenaries. Probably learned their stuff at space booty camp.

Saiyans in particular are naturally gifted. They’re a warrior race, after all.

Goku didn’t know how to fly. Goten didn’t know how to fly. I don’t think Gohan did either until Piccolo taught.

If they didn't know it before being taken into Freeza's army, they definitely would have learned it then. And even if not they were still a warrior race. Over the years I'm sure they had some martial arts inclined fighters.

Imagine some-one teaching Nappa how to do things. :ladd:ladd:ladd

He was probably treated like a god from birth considering he had a far greater power level than most.

It might be that some Saiyans simply had a better aptitude towards flight specifically, but that doesn't mean they were superior fighters I guess.

Ye I was of ki blasts and stuff. Flying is more complex and needs to be taught.
But even the great Kame-sen’nin needed years to develop an attack like KHH. He had other techniques too but they weren’t his signature like the KHH.

There's no strong link, by the looks of it. Those factors tend to be separated quite a lot actually. I remember GT being criticized for relying on ki blasts in the fight choreography as opposed to technical H2H fighting skills.

Gohan didn't need to be taught to do a ki attack. He had it naturally. Then it was a case of bringing it out voluntarily, rather than without control of its timing. Similar to Goku turning SSJ.
