How does Moro compare to the GoDs?

Based on the recent Beerus retcons, weaker than GoDs in all forms. But I'd say he was slightly weaker than UI Sign in his prime form pre-73 absorption, stronger after and equal to MUI power-wise once he had absorbed Merus' abilities but far less in UI mastery. Planet Moro just had down syndrome

Maybe above Champa and some of the other faggot GoDs but with how much Super wanks off higher ranking gods I'm on the fence about it. Definitely not above Beerus or the rat god.

Because UI Sign has very poor stamina.
