How does Oozaru work for Gohan?

Is the 10x multiplier tied to his normal or to his enraged power? If it is 10x normal, that means BOZ Oozaru Gohan should be 10, which makes
no sense, considering Piccolo (329) couldn't just wrestle him. If it is 10x enraged, it means Saiyans Saga Oozaru Gohan>FP Vegeta, which
contradicts Vegeta's statement. Or does it? Vegeta just said ''if i wasn't so wounded...''. Maybe, if he wasn't wounded, he could win with his
speed advantage?

Oozaru are always enrage and dangerous and capable destroying the planet if they wants too even if someone is stronger than them couldn't stop them unless is someone knows their weaknesses. Piccolo shits his pants becuz he doesn't know anything about it.

As for Vegeta, he probably meant that he could destroy the moonligh or cut Gohan's tail easily if he wasn't injured.

Muscle strength in Dragonball Z isn't capped out by the events of the early Saiyan Saga, Ki amplification was not the only reflective way of getting stronger. So it's reasonable to determine that Piccolo was incapable of physically over-powering him due to his enormous size and how he went into a frenzy.

Gohan had gotten the crap beat out of him, his ozaru in the saiyan saga shouldn't have been so strong. So vegeta feeling that he could have won if he hadn't been so injured is pretty sound.

Gohan's probably less than 1000 at the point he transforms.

Even if Gohan was at 100% of his power his Ozaru would be no match for Vegeta's IMO:

Gohan - 1,307
---Ozaru - 13,070

Vegeta - 18,000
