How does Yajirobe compare to Goku?

Goku calls Yajirobe tough, while Yajirobe calls Goku strong. Then later on, Yajirobe says it would be best to avoid fighting Goku in the future. How big is the gap?

I feel like he wouldn't use battle level, but perhaps he always uses battle level outside of the Budokais.

He thought Yajirobe was one of Piccolo's minions, so it would make sense for him to go all out.

I think Yajorobe is a distant rival of Goku, like 90/100 type of gap. Later on Yajirobe called Goku a monster or something like this by him knocking down old Piccolo Daimao, hence why I think Goku was noticeable above him.

I also think both Goku and Yajirobe were warming up in the fight. Goku showed surprise at Yajirobe defeating Cymbal, calling it incredible and Yajirobe also showed surprise at Goku defeating Tambourine, saying it's better not let him angry. They were holding back power in the same proportion IMO.

I agree ahill, and if anything, I can see a slightly larger gap. Yajirobe made it pretty clear that he didn't want to cross Goku ever again.

In all honesty, Yajirobe is a coward. Any gap would frighten him. I like to have Goku 1.1 - 1.15x stronger though to make room for this chain:

Goku > King Piccolo (Initial) >~ Karin > Yajirobe

Maybe Yadjirobe was impressed by Goku's multiple illusions he used against Tambourine, not necessarily by strength.

A little weaker than Battle level 22nd Budoaki Goku who's moderately weaker than when he fought Yajirobe but definitely stronger than Krillin and Yamcha.

Yajirobe would rape Kuririn and Yamcha at once. I think he'd still lose to Tenfaggot after a good fight though.
